Electronic House Announces the ToPS Awards
FRAMINGHAM, MA – January 7, 2010 – Electronic House is pleased to announce the winners of the 2010 Electronic House ToPS Awards, recognizing the best technology, products and services for the connected home.
The awards will be presented during the 2010 International Consumer Electronics show (CES), which takes place Jan. 7-10, 2010, in Las Vegas.
The awards program is the only one to recognize innovations across all home-technology categories, including displays, cables, energy management, home automation, audio, lighting and more.
"Most other awards programs centered around CES focus on gadgets or a limited number of product categories such as audio and video," says Electronic House editor Julie Jacobson. "Since Electronic House encompasses the complete connected home, we recognize such devices as motorized window shades and streaming media."
Winners of the ToPS Awards were chosen by EH editors, along with distinguished industry veterans and the magazine's DIY correspondent.
A reception for the winners will take place on January 8, 2010 at the CE Pro Headquarters booth (#25219) at CES from 4pm to 6pm.
