<p>The ideal candidate is a high-achieving seller       with a successful       track record of presenting brand and company capabilities across       all platforms,       and closing sales.&nbsp; The Advertising Sales       Account Manager will focus on sales to assigned accounts plus       consistent       prospecting to build new business, always pushing to achieve       improved results       and meet / exceed sales goals.&nbsp; Sales       responsibility for assigned accounts and prospects is focused on       the professional       and consumer brands within our custom electronics division: CE       Pro, Commercial       Integrator, TechDecisions and Electronic House.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Meet / exceed personal sales goals         as established by management</li>
<li>Maintain client-focused sales         approach to maximize breadth and level of business achieved from         each client, including print, online and custom opportunities</li>
<li>Travel as needed to build and         maintain business relationships with clients and prospects, have         dedicated&nbsp; in-person meeting at least         once per year with each top account</li>
<li>Execute high-level follow-up with         clients and prospects, maintaining a high level of customer         service as part of account management work</li>
<li>Manage time across issue / product         closes to ensure individual sales goals are achieved and full         advertising potential is realized for each product</li>
<li>Regularly report opportunities for         business growth to management</li>
<li>Maintain active prospect database         and ensure timely follow-up and immersion in sale pipeline</li>
<li>Maintain record of all sales         activity in company contact management system</li>
<li>Represent company and brand at         relevant business associations, trade shows and conferences</li>
<li>Other projects and activity as         assigned by management</li>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Five + years sales experience in a         media environment.&nbsp; Proven success         closing sales, maintaining relationships with key clients and         proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Works well in a fast-paced         environment, successful multi-tasker, thrives on creating         success and achieving challenges.&nbsp; Strong         closer and effective communicator both in person and in writing.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in         communications, journalism, marketing or a related field.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed to         achieve company goals, including overnight travel</li>
